I had an early miscarriage in April this year and just got pregnant again in August, which was surprising to me since it took me over a year to get pregnant the first time so I wasn't expecting to get pregnant again that fast. You definitely have to be mentally prepared and have a strong support system because being pregnant after a loss is both the happiest and most terrifying thing as you're constantly worried if everything will be ok this time.

I had a miscarriage in June and conceived again in July without a period in between. Depends on how mentally prepared are you.
