mild lower back pain at night

Hello there! Is it normal if you feel mild cramps sa balakang during at night? But not everyday naman

Naeexperience ko rin po yan usually kpag diko npansin nka.flat back ko po mtulog.. Para maiwasan lay on our side daw (preferably left-side) First timer here.😁

Ganyan din po ako ng nagbuntis ako. Though not sure if normal since may scolio ako and mabigat si baby kaya ung pressure sa lower back ko talaga.
