Preventing heart burn is the best way to deal with it. Some helpful tips... Eat 5 to 6 smaller meals throughout the day Wait an hour after eating to lie down Avoid spicy, greasy and fatty food If you’re experiencing heart burn, few ways to relieve the symptoms Eat yogurt or drink a glass of milk A tablespoon of honey in a glass of warm milk Tale care

Thankyou so much god bless.

perhaps you can eat light and small meals (ok to have more meals if they are small). for me I also tried to avoid anything too spicy and oily as those foods are harder on the digestive tracts. do u take cultured drinks/yoghurts? I think taking some wld help with digestion too.

Oh okay. So far didn't. Will try on that and see whether it works babe.

I too had bad heartburn everyday in my 3rd trimester. Told my gynae & he prescribed antacid to take before each meal and it really helped. I think Guardian/Watson should have it too, if not try asking your doctor

Yeah it's a white pill you have to chew and swallow, tastes a bit minty :P
