Myanmarese Helper

Hi mummy I hire 3 Burmese helper 2 phinoy 1 indo previously. I would say Philippines or Indonesia is better than Myanmar from my experience. 1st work 3 years. 2nd work 2 month. 3rd work 1 month. The major issue I face with all of them is. 1. Communication. 2. Their stubbornness. 3. Their pride issue. They will never admit is their fault when you say them it will be giving attitude. Sometimes it depend on luck too.
