Hiring helper

Did any mummies hire a helper to look after newborn? If so, did newborn sleep with you or sleep with the helper in the same room?

Baby should sleep with you, it's best both for baby and helper's wellbeing. Newborns will wake up multiple times at night so helper won't get adequate rest to work in the day. Especially if you breastfeed then baby definitely sleeps with you.

hired when baby was 7m old. baby sleep w me. i don't 100% trust helper so every single thing she do including making formula i will check occasionally to see if she does it right. (e.g temperature of milk can't be too hot)

My baby sleeps with helper. I do give helper rest time for abt an hr in the afternoon for her to rest/nap in case she don't have enough slp at night

baby sleep with me.. i prefer that way.

baby sleep with you would be better.

Baby will still sleep with me .
