Once when I tried to use kkh ask a nurse hotline I couldn't even get through. My advice is to refrain from using kkh hotline nos.
You can also check with your pedia if he/she can give you their phone number for emergencies. Some do. not sure of kkh hotline
Somehow instead of kkh ask a nurse service I always preferred to bring my baby to hospital. Somehow it gives me more peace of mind.
Maybe you could call kkh hotline and they could help? Anyway best to go to hospital asap if you have an emergency.
Just here to remind you that in an emergency you should always rush your child to a doctor or hospital asap.
Does KKH have another replacement hotline or phone number we can try? Any other hospitals have this?
