PERIOD TRACKER

Kailangan accurate po ang pag gamit nyo ng app na iyan. Kase kung let's say last month pa lang kayo nag start mag track eh di naman po nya mabibigay yung accurate na result/dates ng period at ovulation nyo. Is this Flo? I also used it for a year before ako mag conceive. I'm now 21 weeks pregnant I got pregnant arounf Feb, nag make love lang kami ng asawa ko sa ovulatio period ko nung january after 2 weeks ng period ko. Pero dec whole month di ako nagkaperiod talaga while I'm regular naman. Nagpacheck up ako noon sa isang ob sabi baka may hormonal imbalance ako need ko uminom pills and take an ultrasound if di pa dumating period ko within the month. My husband said wag ako uminom. I DIDN'T TAKE ANY! Kasi we wanted to have a baby na and so we waited for my period then (Mid january) after that we tried again. Red marks should be an indication of the span days of your period/red days. Come after 2 weeks is your fertility window/ovulation that is when you can conceive a baby. It should be a blue mark for fertility window/ovulation. Depends pa din yan sa cycle natin iba iba kasi... pero nung dec na whole month wala period may blue marks which should be my ovulation right? Pero wala ako period non. Kaya sometimes you cant really depend on the app. My advice is, get a second opinion from other ob. Pag aralan mo ang ovulation window mo para know mo kung when ka pwede mag try ulit. God Bless you ❤️
