Self Medication Ferrous

ok lang naman mi.. pero try to talk to your ob pa din. baka like me may anemia ka din thats y di k pa nya niresetahan. better ask her why. Mine kc when i asked her its about my low hemoglobin level. severe anemia so she refer me to a doctor sa dugo and had some test to detect the reasons kung sa genes ba or its just iron deficient. then dun na ko niresetahan ng tamang intake. The hematologist gave me 3 iron with folic per day para mahabol ung hemoglobin levels. OB gynes po kc di nila kabisado about blood.. Now i seem normal na so 2x na lang. Isang iron folic then another is multivitamins na. im taking Hemarrate FA
