Obimin and pregnancy milk powder

Do u take both obimin and pregnancy milk powder when pregnant ? Will both together cause too much folic acid intake ? As obimin alone already have 1000mg folic acid

Too much folic acid is not good. Some may say that doesnt matter. I was told by my doctor to stop taking folic acid and start taking obimin instead.
