Makan on time. Jgn mkn lambat2... sya ada 2 cara yg sya guna masa pregnant teruk kema heartburn.. sya mkn sikit2 roti kering + susu or anything nestum boleh milo boleh.. asal jgn air kosong.. lepastu mkn chewing gum klu malas mkn benda2 susu and roti.. ibu mngnsung kena mkn always tp sikit2 utk elak heartburn.
