Do you switch on white noise while trying to get your LO to sleep? If yes, do you switch off after a while or continue throughout? how long did you switch it on?
I leave it playing throughout the night. My baby tends to be awoken by any slight noise at times, so the white noise helps to muffle out any other noise.
