Is strict “fruit diet” good for breastfeeding moms?

When you breastfeed, you burn 500 calories per day. For a breastfeeding mom, you really don't need special food. Plenty of fruits and vegetables is very much recommended however, you still need starch from bread or rice, wholegrain for fiber; lean meat, eggs, dairy products for protein source.
