Sis iwas muna sa kahit anong unnecessary pills, gamot o chemicals while breastfeeding dahil may epekto ito kay baby and exclusive breastfeeding po ay effective na sa pagpapa lose ng weight
more on fruits and vegetables ka lang at wag sobra sa rice o bread at iwas sa junkfoods
For stretchmark, use palmers po dahil proven safe naman to
nakakapayat po ang pagbebreastfeed
