Click every photos for reference FIRST OF ALL, go to sss.gov.ph and log in using your username and password. If you don't have your username and password you need to register first :) 2nd, once you log in. You need to click on the one that says INQUIRY, 3rd. After clicking INQUIRY, it will show you this options. Click on ELIGIBILITY. 4th and 5th. Click SICKNESS/MATERNITY, then you will see at the bottom some options click MATERNITY 6th, it will show you this page where you need to input information. * Para sa di pa nanganganak: Ilagay nyo sa confinement date at delivery date yung EDD nyo base sa Ultrasound nyo. * Para sa nanganak na: Ilagay nyo sa confinement date kung kailan kayo na-ospital at delivery date kung kailan nyo ipinanganak yung baby. Delivery Number: Kung pang ilang baby mo na yan Delivery Type: * Para sa di pa nanganganak: Normal Or Cesarian, okay lang kahit ano dyan piliin mo, parehas naman 105 days computation nyan. Mag-iiba lang yan kung ikaw ay solo parent or miscarriage. * Para sa nanganak na: Piliin nyo kung ano type of delivery nyo, CS ba or Normal. Or kung solo parent kayo mas malaki makukuha nyo. Then click SUBMIT Yung options na sinasabi ko: For Normal Delivery and Ceasarian: 105 days computation For Abortion or Miscarriage (early termination of pregnancy): 60 days For Solo parents (with solo parent ID): 120 days Then FINALLY eto na! Kung eligible kayo for Maternity Benefits, makikita nyo sa baba yung computation. If di kayo eligible for maternity benefits makikita nyo yung reason kung bakit rejected ang claim nyo. Yun lang!
