Can you start pumping before baby is born? i’m 29w5d pregnant & worrying about future milk supply, can I start pumping now or in a few weeks time?

No, dear. Don’t worry:) after you give birth, feed your baby the colostrum first, then there will be transitional milk on day 2/3, and mature baby’s milk thereafter. You can build up your supply from there. For now, take care of your nutrition and drink loads of water:)
I heard its not advisable! The body may think the baby is already out and thus caused premature labour!
