The other is just be careful not trying to lift heavy items or do vigorous exercise. I'm not sure about food because it's different from one women to another

I see, understood. Your situation is quite similar with me when I was in my first pregnancy. What I did was, my husband bought me books of pregnancy and breastfeeding related. Throughout my pregnancy, my first reference would be my gynae. Still I always asked my loved ones just to know their experiences.

pantang tengok je. eat varieties of healthy food. complete nutrition in every meal you consume.
