I reached for help (gov clinic) since my baby was 1m old as my dad fell sick, got major stroke and everything went messy. I am a new mom and i need to juggle between taking care of parents and a baby. Doctor diagnosed me : depression with adjustment disorder. Until now my baby is 7m, I’m still in treatment. I stopped seeing counsellor as i can now adapted to my new situation but I’m still taking medicine (Sertraline).
