baby poo poo

hi mumies. i have question,is there any changes for baby poo after they can consume solid food? my baby is 6 months +, sometimes his poo is quite harden abit but he doesnt show any sign of hurt or discomfort while poo. is it normal for that? or i shud change his meal? any advice?

Start to re-introduce purees that are easy to digest, such as avocado and sweet potato purees and try to give your little one a warm bath to help relax their digestion organs.
