Apply Nipple cream / breast milk. Did you press suction high? For beginners, go for lower suction first. Continue to pump after apply Nipple cream. If it’s too painful rest for 2 days then continue again. If within a day if you feel can bf, try again or pump again. Please continue to pump or bf ... Do check latching is correct position. It’s ok to give fm or mixed feed.
