Glutalipo question

My son is already 3 yrs old and we're in the process of weaning him from breastfeeding. I want to bring my body back. I've read that it is only dangerous to drink glutalipo while breastfeeding for the first six months of the baby. With his age, is it okay for me to drink slimming teas? Thanks and no bashing please.
