Can I pump every 4 hours instead of 3 hours at night?

Sometimes it’s really hard to wake up every 3 hours as I take a while to fall asleep.. if I pump every 4 hours at night but day time every 3 hours will it affect the supply? Thanks in advance

That's what I do, and it's fine. My supply has stabilised, so the amt I get it pretty consistent

It’s demand and supply. You can try and see if it affects you. Nobody can guarantee

yes. supply goes up and down. just need to relax more then have more supply.
