Fruits and veggies po para masustansya pa rin yung mapaprocess na food ng katawan mo for breastfeeding purposes. Pero kung yung diet per se, mahirap po talaga sya kapag breastfeeding kasi gugutumin ka talaga lagi. Regular exercise lang pinaka maganda mo magawa.

Try to minimize po carbs and sugary food, and as per sa work out po, check nyo po kung may diastasis recti po kau, may mga work out kasi na nakakapagpalala ng DR.
