SSS maternity benefits

Can someone tell me exactly what to do to po para makakuha ng sss matben? I'm 8 months pregnant na. Voluntary lang po ang paghuhulog ko.

Nakapag notify na po ako via online. After po nun, what to do po? Also, wala po akong pinasang kahit anong requirements. Nag notify lang po ako via online.
