After po ng maternity notification nagsubmit po ako ng mat 1 set 2 form para ma-advance ng employer ko ung mat ben ko. Kakakuha ko lang po today, deretso payroll kasabay ng sweldo. After ko po manganak tsaka ako magpasa ng mat 2 from for reimbursement ni company.
