any solution as my LO has been drinking milk and the milk tends to overflow from his mouth. We have changed various smallest size teats like Avent, Nuk and am currently using Mam.

Is your baby latching? I tried Avent and had the same problem till we switched to pigeon teats. You can consider to let your baby try pigeon teats. The baby's mouth covers the entire teat when sucking and the teats are soft. You can read more about pigeon teats here: http://www.pigeon.com.sg/product_uri/bottle-feeding/

You can try to hold baby up a little so that he is not lying flat. It could be due to baby kept on sucking and do not want to swallow. So holding him up with the bottle at 45 degrees, milk will flow slower as compared to lying flat with the bottle at 90 degrees.

Hi Cindy I guess give your baby a little break in between the feeds, so that he is able to swallow the milk and then have again. sometimes babies are too hungry and want to have as much as they can drink at once.
