yoghurt, with fruits, chia, almond nuts/pecan. or di kaya milk at prutas or banana/apple with natural peanut butter. nakakatemp yung mga kinakain namin dati before pa kami mag try to conceive. pero todo pigil at disiplina para maging healthy ako at si baby. I have a gestational diabetes kasi. as of now normal na mga blood tests ko. sana tuloy2x na.
Magbasa paopo tapos watch kmi netflix popcorn, peach mango pie, fries, hash brown, nachos, chips.. mga pica pica lang pantawid gutom hehe.. yoko ng heavy meals d ako agad makakatulog.. 😂🤣
twice na akong nag snack.. kaninang 11:30pm egg sandwich, then 4am rice and ligo sardines na spicy w/ calamansi 😂
fries kami later. naubos na corn namin dahil sa Squidgames😅
