There are times talaga na mas konti ang lumalabas na milk. It could be due to stress most of the time. Continue to let the baby latch lang, relax yourself kasi it's more of the mother's willingness din to produce milk. I agree with Ced. If you are really into exclusive breastfeeding, don't give formula just because you feel humina ang supply mo. There are a lot of ways to increase supply kung gugustuhin ng mother.

Malunggay leaves pinakasimple. Pakuluan lang sa tubig, lagyan ng bawang at asin, inumin. And kahit anong vegetables na pwedeng sabawan like bulanglang. May lactation cookies din para sa mga sosyal. Offer mo lang lagi breast mo kay baby para maramdaman ng katawan mo na may need at magproduce sya ng milk.
