Sino po nagtake na ng fern d at milkca pra mabuntis?before o after po ba ng pgkain bgo inumin?

Ako nag-ask ako s distributor na inorderan ko and she told me to take it after meal..but then,may nakausap din ako who's attending seminars and distributor din na mas ok naman dw before meal..confusing..others naman kung acidic ka better nga na itake after meal..so ayun, ako sinunod ko ung before meal😅
