Eat ka Oatmeal o cereal bsta rich in Fiber.. Niresetahan aq ng Ob q if ever dw mhrpan aq mg poop, peo till now hnd aq bumibili xe niadvise dn sken ng Ob qn eat fruits at veggies esp rich in Fiber at drink 2L-3L of water everyday.. Nkka poop aq khet everyother day atleast hnd umaabot ng days un gap.. Sarap ng feelng pg nkkbwas :)
