Newborn Sleep problem

hindi nkkatulog baby ko ng at least 17 hours puro poer nap lng sya sa umaga at sa gabi naman 10pm n nttulog. sino may ganito issues sa LO nila na less than 2mos old pa lng.

Paiba iba kc oras ng tulog ni baby,ganyan din ang baby ko..ang mahalaga d siya iyakin.

sino dito umabot na ng 1 week na walang bowel movement? wla kc ako maramdamang urge to poop. d ko na alam ggawin ko. uminom na ko ng prube juice wla pa din ako mafeel.

Eat ka Oatmeal o cereal bsta rich in Fiber.. Niresetahan aq ng Ob q if ever dw mhrpan aq mg poop, peo till now hnd aq bumibili xe niadvise dn sken ng Ob qn eat fruits at veggies esp rich in Fiber at drink 2L-3L of water everyday.. Nkka poop aq khet everyother day atleast hnd umaabot ng days un gap.. Sarap ng feelng pg nkkbwas :)

everyday ba ang bowel movement nyo? if not ilang days kyo bago mka poop? thanks

Nung buntis ako pinakamatagal na d ako nag poop 3-4 days as in! Hahaha then napansin ko kpg kumakaen ako ng orange sa tanghali after an hour of meal at snack ko 1 apple either gabi or kinabukasan mag poop na ko.

dulcolax anyone?

hello po. sino po nkpagtake ng dulcolax while pregnant? hirap tlaga ako eh 5 days na. 13 weeks preggy here. tried papaya otmeal and prunes no effect.

Ay never tried uminkm Ng dolcolax while preggy sis.. Try mo nlang sis iba like fruits

7 weeks preggy here. 5 days of no bowel movement. ano kaya pede i take fruits and fiber are not working for me. ob suggests the natural way but cant help it. pls help.

Increased fluid intake limit muna sa pagkain ng karne pwede ka mag oatmeal instead of rice
