Is this Braxton Hicks Contractions?

So since kaninang 3am I have this weird feeling sa abdomen ko na parang mild cramps. Kinakabahan ako kasi mamaya this is already a sign of labor. I'm 39 weeks and 2 days pregnant today and a first time mom also. Although yung mild cramps na naffeel ko ngayon is not regular and tolerable naman siya. Do you think this is just Braxton Contraction or labor already?

Kapag may interval na yung contractions mamsh and kapag lalong tumitindi yung pain that's labor na. Always monitor yung movement ni baby lalo na kung mataas pain tolerance mo to prevent still birth.

Pag may contractions ka check mo lang kung gumagalaw si baby. Dapat di nawawala movement nya.
