working mom guilt

since this CB ive been working from home.. i tot it would be good cos I get to see my lo literally everyday even when I'm working but I feel so guilty cos I don't spend time w her cos IM WORKING! how to handle such guilt :( she'll come look for me but I'm busy and my boss v particular work hours is work hours I cannot do other things

I feel you! Mom guilt is real. I also have to ignore my LO when I am busy with work at home. Perhaps you can try singing songs to her when she comes and look for you and tell her that you need to work now and will play with her later
