should it be me travelling bringing my baby to visit the in laws or should it be the other way round ,they come over visit baby ?

Should it be my in laws coming over to visit baby or I should be the 1 bringing my baby over to visit them ? I have a mama boy husband who keep saying I need to put in effort to bring baby to visit his parents . But isnt it suppose to be the other way round . If they care for him they shud be the 1 making effort to come visit .
