I just Found out i Had a Missed Miscarriage

Just sharing my grief dear mummys, i just found out i had a missed miscarriage my Lmp is 11w5d but i already lost my baby at 8week2days. Doc told me blood didn't pump to the heart, therefore no heartbeat is detected . 💔😭
