Drool rash

Anyone knows to cure drool rash? Baby has it at both corners of his mouth and is red and peeling. any recommended creams? Tried Alobaby and Mustela but doesn’t work.

La Roche Posay Cicaplast worked on my baby most of the time. When it was really bad, I brought her to PD and was prescribed mild steroid cream, it was very effective but must apply sparingly (thin layer only) and for 3 days max.

I used Sebamed Baby protective facial cream and it helps. You’ll also need to help bb clean the area with water then pat dry.
