missed miscarriage

my gynae told me I had a missed miscarriage.. and now I've brown discharge. does it mean the miscarriage is happening?? once I've blood M I zuppose to go hospital or???

I suffer one last year but didn’t bleed.. Gynae gave me medicine to bleed it out at 7 weeks.. it depends on your weeks of preg. I bleed at home.. the 1st 8 hrs the pain and contraction is bad.. but I pull thru it without pain killer.. the next few days is normal period bad cramp..
