Missed miscarriage....

Today went for detailed scan... unfortunately, was being told baby heartbeat couldn't detect.... baby size stopped at 17weeks... I had a missed miscarriage... Was given 2 options, either oral meds or to natural flush out.... what should I do...... any mummies had missed miscarriage experience able to share more with me..... :'(

I had 2 missed carriages before both y weeks. First went through D&C second went through oral medication. D&C for me almost no after pain, fast procedure. Orally was bearable as well but the pain and waves of 'contraction ' could last whole day to expel out athe miscarriage and if its incomplete, still have to undergo D&C. For your situation of its 17 weeks I would propose D&C, but again choice is yours, take care dear, dont be disheartened. Both processes poses no threat to my body, currently 33 weeks pregnant now.
