How to deflect “are you pregnant?” At workplace?

Seriously. Why nobody get that it is rude? Am working in an office filled with women and I just do not wish to announce or share that I’m pregnant even if I’m that obvious. How do you respond to such irritating questions? It often comes with unsolicited advice and u will have people judging u for your choice of food and more. 🙄
