Non -stop coughing for a month

Im currently 22 weeks preggy, and have been having bad phlegm cough for more than a month and runny nose. There were days when it was better then there were days when i just coughed non stop till esp at night, till i puked. I realised that i keep falling sick ever since im pregnant and my immune system is something else. I did went to gynae bt they just prescribed cough medicine. Fyi i alr recovered from covid more than 2 months ago. Do any pregnant mummies gg thru this ? Cs my stomach getting more cramp when i keep coughing and honestly scared itll affect baby 😣😣 #FTM

the cramps won’t affect baby don’t worry. try to see tcm it may help. or take more honey

Bad cough phlegmish & flu in 3rd tri

Hi mummies, anyone encounter very bad cough for long period accompanied by flu then on and off sorethroat before. I'm going thru so much pain coughing apart from being shortness in breathe. This is really starting to annoy me considering I'm 4wks away from giving birth. What can I do. I'm so tired of the cough n phlegm especially

Toddler with sensory issue

Does any of your toddler (mine now 21 months) has sensory issue especially touch sensory? Doesnt like touching soft, slimy, gooey things? Like mud, playdough, sometime even bun/mantao, hand paint etc

NUH fetal care centre and Igene test

Hi fellow mommies! I’m scheduled for a fetal care centre appt at NUH in my 12th week of pregnancy. I am thinking of doing the Igene test straight away. But I like to check if we will still get to do a detailed scan of the baby at the fetal care centre if we inform them of our choice? will they skip the scan and just collect my blood? As I saw from other posts that only OSCAR tests can do the scan. Thanks!! #firstbaby #advicepls

What do your toddler eat on flight?

Hi mummies, we will be taking our 19m toddler on her first flight and the flight happened to be during her lunch time. May i know what do you feed your toddlers when on flight?

My LO 19months used to eat food like egg, porridge, bread, cookies but now she refuses to eat and only wants to drink milk. She drinks milk 5x a day. I tried to encourage her to eat together during mealtime and let her use her utensils but she will only eat 1 or 2 spoon and then play with the food. Kindly advice me. I feel so stress whenever i try to feel feed her. I’m worried that she’s not getting enough nutrients. I still continue to give her vitamins. #Needadvice #firsttimemom

Extremely difficult to get LO to eat

My LO is 15 months old, and he's been rejecting his meals. He would probably have less than half a small bowl of porridge and stop. I've tried quite a number of ways to get him to eat, such as us adults eating with him, giving him more solid adult food eg rice and bread, adding snacks on his porridge to coax him to eat, changing up the cuisine type (Chinese, western, curry etc), pureeing his food until they're mush, letting him feed himself, feeding him, letting him play while eating etc. And he rejects them all after a short while. Now even his ifc teachers are saying tt he doesn't eat much in school, while he would eat a lot previously. Does anyone have any idea how to make toddlers eat more? Please tell me this is a phase tt will pass soon,I'm at my wits end.

Same. Going thru this for the longest time. Mine is not a good eater. Or depends on mood. Sometimes eat well, sometimes reject. Alot of times reject. Bt in ifc teacher say he’s eatingn well

16months old rejecting solid

Hi Sept mummies, any of your lo in the solid rejection phase ? All kinds of solid reject or spit out. Only drink milk and eat puff

Yess! Mine 18m still doing that!! On and off phase. Theres this phase also he keept spitting all food no matter what texture so barely any solid goes in for few weeks, only milk. Then suddenly one day he started eating well again. And now back to this rejection phase again

Going into 2nd tri

Hi Mummies. I'm finally reaching into 2nd tri. But I still have no appetite. And sometimes I can't eat n have gastric. All I can eat is really simple food like plain cracker bread. Sometimes Milo mostly fruits. I'm so concern when I feel Abit of cramps here n there due to the gastric. Any other mummies go thru this? Im just worried that if I really can't eat will this baby be able to grow. I'm currently alr consuming obimin for now.

Hello mommy! I have zero appetite throughout the 3 trimesters and lost 9kg during pregnancy. Usually I just try to eat whatever I can or split my meals into small quantity across the day. Choose quality food over quantity. Just continue to eat multivitamins, fish oil and calcium supplements. Gave birth to a healthy 3kg baby last year.

Spotting after beta test

3 days ago, I tested positive with a hcg of 596. Requested for clinic to do another test 2 days later but they refused n only asked me to come back on week 6 for scan. During this two days, I spotted twice but no serious blood clots. Is it normal? Feeling scared, what should I do?

If you’re worried, best to go to another private gynae before the week 6 scan, at least can have a peace of mind till the next scan.
