tak minum susu time HAMIL TAK SEDAR

Saya missed period one week sudah, cek upt still negatif. Boleh Tak kalau saya Tak minum susu (xsuka minum susu pun), buat rutin macam biasa je... Sebab upt still negatif and I assume tu bukan pregnant but in the same time cek upt everyday but still negatif.
