Early Pregnancy Signs

Hello :) saya dah almost two years trying for a baby tapi dah lepas check check semua, turns out hubs yang ada problem. Tapi a week before we tried again during peak ovulation. I just nak tanya, do you guys remember how your discharge and body feels before confirming through test that you are pregnant? besides missed period? I understand yang PMS symptoms are the same as early pregnancy signs unless you miss your period but just wanna know if you felt any changes to your body beforehand 😅
