I'm 7th month pregnant. Still jogging.. Still do weight bearing exercises. Don't overstretch semasa Exercise. Bahaya. I monitor my heart rate. Sebab heart rate max during pregnant not the same as before. I choose the safe place to do my exercise. Contoh, kawasan rumah or /and treadmill. I'm a pregnant & Postpartum trainer & Fitness trainer. π
Boleh, jogging yg ringan2 je. Saya dari early pregnancy, sampai 3 hari sebelum bersalin, ulang alik pergi kerja jalan kaki. Satu hala perjalanan dlm 8 - 10 minit. Saya anggap tu jogging. Alhamdulillah, mudah sangat bersalin. Apa2 pun better tnya pendapat doktor sbb tak semua org punya ketahanan badan yg sama. Ada yg on early pregnancy kena bykkn rehat saja
Jogging ke walking? Kalau walking okay je sbb sy skrg nak masuk 8bulan. Before preggy sy mmg aktive hiking π mcm takboleh kalau takbau hutan. Walking just amik udara segar few minutes then rest hehe
Kalau sblm pregnant mmg selalu jogging, boleh je tp jgn push. Kalau sblm ni jarang2 exercise, better tak payah.
Adoi. Jangan bukan2 sisπ tunggu bersalin. Lepas tu nak lari pun boleh
