Its a calendar days leave. Pero sa payment, as per law, it should be given to you 100% in advance within 30 days once you filed your official ML. Pero if your company has different arrangements in which u may agree, as long as it will be the same full amount in total, thereโ€™ll be no problem. Pero may laban ka if u would like to receive it in 100% because its in the law. U check the new IRR of this amended law.

Calendar days po. Yung magbibigay nila ng benefits depende sa employer mo kungbibibigay nila before or after mo manganak. Meron din iba na 50% before tas yung another 50% pagbalik mo ng work..

Yes po. Calendar days. Tapos depende po sa company policy yung pagbigay nun. Samin po one time na bigay. Meron din pong divided sa months ng leave mo. Parang magiging sahod mo sya monthly.
