SSS Maternity Benefit, how much?

Magkano po maximum SSS benefit kaya this year 2023? Halimbawa po 100k monthly ang salary sa company. Iniisip ko baka mas okay na magfile na lang ng sick leave and vacation leave for one month kesa 105 days maternity leave. Kasi baka mamaya katumbas lang ng 30 days salary ko ung maximum maternity benefit. Eh sayang naman ung 75 days na wala ako sweldo. 6 digits din mawawala sakin. Nag-iisip tuloy ako kung ibibigay ko SSS maternity notification requirements sa HR namin or hindi na lang. Baka po may nakakaalam about SSS matben? Need advice po. Thank you po.

Base po sa sagot sa kin ni HR namin, 75k lang tlaga ceiling benefit ni SSS pero si company po bubuuin nya ung 105 days na di ka magwork ibig sabihin, if 100k sahod mo nasa 300k plus ung equivalent ng 105 days mo, sss-75k employer 225k plus bibigay sayo...un po explanation ni hR namin, syempre iba2 po tayo employer, and baka meron sila policy regarding sa mga maternity nyo sa company..much better to ask your HR din po..

Fully paid po ang maternity leave na 105 days. Ang hindi paid is if mag extend ka ng another 30 days. Regardless how much yung makukuha sa SSS.

hi mamsh, pls check with your hr. Pero based sa experience ko sa 1st baby ko, full 3 months salary yung nakuha ko na maternity benefits. max 75k from sss the rest from the company na. Then, may nakuha din akong additional from my hmo provider after giving birth. Basta ibigay lang necessary docs.

same po tayo ng concern. sana may makasagot po.
