uminom Ng gatas at pampalakas at kumain Ng prutas at pagkain na mayaman sa vitamins

nagpapahinga halus 5-7 days bumabalik Naman kaagad lakas ko.

gumawa ng gawaing bahay after manganak , wala e no choice
