PT test delayed 5 days

Respect please Period date ko po must be last Sunday, April 23 pa pero nag test ako PT negative siya. Need ko pa po ba mag wait ng Sunday ulit or another week if possible mag positive ako? Thanks! Note: was diagnosed pcos 2019 but recovered 2020 onwards ngayon lang ulit nag missed period

AUGust 2022 po ng mag pa check up ako at nalaman na may pcos ako. since then nag take ako ng pills na ni re comment ni doc. january 2022 nang matigil ako sa pills. then nung march this year, nag ka symptoms ako nahihilo at nahihingal. pero nag negative sa pt. nung april mas lumala hilo ko, antok, hingal at pgkawala gana kumain, nag pt ulit ako. positive, 2 beses . nag pa o.b. ako, nalaman ko, nung time na un 8 weeks na pala ako preggy . Ngayon po, mag e 11 weeks na 😊
