Pillows are not recommended for infants due to the risk of suffocation. When baby’s sleeping, lay him/her on the back. The head can sometimes face up, and sometimes face to the side. When awake, also don’t let baby lie down all the time. Shouldn’t have any issues with flat head then:) My 2 girls had nice round heads without infant pillows

No. Just have to switch the head direction after each feed
