Oats, berries, apple, guava, white dragonfruit, Greek yoghurt. Stay away from sweet fruits like watermelon, pear, durian. Try to cut down rice, Milo, sphagetti. Eat small meals every 3 hours and don’t couch potato after eating, take a walk, do housework etc

Nuts are good... go for those baked ones non salted preferred... I usually snacked on walnuts or chinese chestnuts

Blueberries! I took berries be it raspberry/blueberry for snacks with unsalted cashew nuts some times. 😂😂
