Recipe Alert ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿ˜ Share ko lang, another recipe na pwede din gawing pang business nating mga mommies๐Ÿ˜‰ ROASTED HAZELNUT AND CASHEW YEMA TARTS๐Ÿ˜‹ -Tart Dough- 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1/4 cup white sugar Pinch of salt *Mix well, then add: 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups flour *Incorporate until it forms to a ball *Scoop 1 tsp of dough for each 1 oz molder(or more depende sa molder size) * Press the dough to the shape of the molder until the middle part is hollow *Use a fork to make holes in the center *Bake at 150c for 15-17 mins. until slightly golden brown - Yema Filling- 1 can condensed milk 1/4 cup evaporated milk 1/4 cup flour (dissolved in evap) 2 egg yolks 1/8 cup white sugar Pinch of salt 1 tsp vanilla 1/8 cup butter *Mix all and cook in low fire until thick *Fill the cooked crust with yema just enough that it does not overflow * Spinkle chopped roasted hazelnuts and cashew on top of the filling *Let it cool before removing from the molder Note: - to roast the nuts, just place it in the oven while preheating, wait for it to be slightly golden brown - peanuts can also be used - no need to grease the pan - can make 50 1oz size tarts - best eaten the next day after refrigerated HAPPY BAKING GUYS! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜˜
