Creamy Carbonara
𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙮 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙗𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙖 * 200 grams spaghetti * Sliced Sweet ham * 1 tablespoon butter * 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped * 1/2 cup button mushrooms, sliced * 1/4 cup all-purpose flour dissolved in water * Evaporated Milk * 1 cup all purpose cream * salt and pepper to taste * grated Quezo De Bola Cheese * Cook pasta for 15 minutes. Drain well and set aside. * In a pan, cook the mushroom until crispy * Cook Sweet ham until crispy too and set aside * Using the same pan add the butter and saute the garlic until light brown. Add sliced mushrooms and all purpose flour. Mix well. * Add evaporated milk allow to simmer until slightly thick. * Add the all purpose cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Do not simmer or boil as cream will curdle. Turn off the heat and toss in the cooked pasta. * Arrange the pasta in a plate then top with crispy mushroom and quezo de bola cheese.
